The disposal team from Rajbiraj-based Krishnadal Battalion led by Lieutenant Rudra Bir Karki deactivated the IEDs, one planted at the main gate to the house of a businessman Binod Chaudhary at Rajbiraj Municipality-4 and the other in front of the house of one Rabindra Yadav at Kanchanpur Road in Rajbiraj Municipality-5.
NA also found pamphlets bearing the name of Jayakrishna Goit-led Janatantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha (Revolutionary), an outfit carrying out an armed conflict in Tarai, at both sites.
Meanwhile, a press statement issued by Morcha Chairman Goit claimed the responsibility for planting the IEDs. RSS
