RJP's new office comes into operation


Kathmandu, August 2: The office of the Rastriya Janata Party, newly merged party of various Madhes-based political parties, has been inaugurated today.

The new office is located at Babarmahal in the building housing the Madhes-centric parties' Nepal Madhesi Civil Servants Employees' Forum.

Five leaders of the Presidium of the RPP, Mahanta Thakur, Rajendra Mahato, Mahendra Raya Yadav, Sharat Singh Bhandari and Anil Jha jointly inaugurated the office by hoisting the party's flag on the occasion. Following its operation, RJP's office bearers held a meeting in the office.

Political proposal will be presented in the meeting that was held for the first time after the party merger, and additional party's agenda would be set accordingly, RJP leader Anil Jha told Rastriya Samachar Samiti. The meeting will continue for three days, he added. RSS
